My apologies for being away from the blog and being a stranger for the past few months. I was shocked to see the date for my previous post which was in April this year! My goodness. Where did the time go…?
This illustration was inspired by the documentary I watched about the Emperor penguins last week.
I really enjoyed holding brushes and painting these tiny beautiful creatures on white canvas.
It’s not finished yet but thought of sharing them with you tonight. Hope you enjoy.:)

Hello everyone! I hope you’re well and relaxed throughout your weekend.
Here’s a drawing I finished today with a prayer to wish for hope and strength….whatever you are dealing with at the moment, struggling with, trying to overcome…I hope everyone continues to hold a source of strength and hope along with your adventure. It’s so easy to slip off that four-letter-words out of your hands and heart, but I do believe those who make it till the end always live in hope.
I hope I have more opportunities to show my artwork to the children this year 🙂
Have a lovely Monday and a start of the new week x
Happy New Year of the Horse!
May your year be filled with lots of happiness, beautiful and amazing learning journey xx
Submitted at Illustration Friday weekly topic ‘Reflect’.

Best friends never have the same nature, but they have the best understanding of their differences.
I think I’m quite blessed to have such a wonderful people around me 🙂
Do you have a friend who you can share your deeper thoughts with?

When I think of Christmas, this image of a snowman instantly comes to mind. It probably resonates with my childhood memory. A sound of the snow falling silently and steadily, the bell ringing afar and the scenery of silver snow forest with layer upon layer of silver trees.
I’m still dreaming of a white Christmas…in a land where Christmas comes in the middle of summer holidays and Santa goes out surfing to cool down. 🙂
Do you remember your first love?
I thought I’d give it a go in expressing it using watercolors…..:)

Good morning Melbourne,
Here’s another version of my earliest penguin series. Enjoy and happy Monday!
